BRAND IDENTITY PLATFORM, brand character & TONE OF VOICE

After a recent strategic rebranding, my client needed to better define the core elements of its brand character to assert a unique tone of voice in the increasingly competitive market of Higher Arts and Design Education . We identified and verbalized the brand essence, the reason behind the unicity of the Brand and how it approaches its mission of life-long learning. I worked with the creative agency No Panic to define storytelling and copywriting guidelines and to improve the consistency between the various school communication channels (institutional, enrollment, marketing and digital).
